So yummy and so easy to make for a snack or last minute cover dish. My kids are always begging me to make it.

Ingredients For salsa and cream cheese dip

  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 jar
    salsa whatever your preference just make sure its about 16 oz

How To Make salsa and cream cheese dip

    unwrap cream cheese put into a large mixing bowl
  • 2
    dump salsa into bowl and start mixing. Will look soupy at first but just keep mixing with an electric mixer until it's a thick consistency.

    You can either eat it right then ( I even lick the beaters lol) or let it chill. Serve with taco chips. Also good on tacos and burritos and any Mexican dish.
