Went to a camp once and we had a great, fresh salsa, I just had to get the recipe but I forgot to ask if this could be canned, but I'm guessing it probably can.

Ingredients For salsa

1 cripe tomato, finely chopped

1/3 conion, finely chopped

2-4fresh serrano, habanero or jalepeno peppers, seeded, finely chopped

2 Tbsplime juice

2 Tbspfresh, cilantro, snipped (optional: my hubby doesn't like cilantro)

1/4 tspsalt

4 clovegarlic, minced (optional: my mom prefers to leave the garlic out)
How To Make salsa

1In a bowl, stir together all ingredients.

2Chill anywhere from 4 to 48 hours.
