found this recipe years ago in an flyer we use to get from the phone company. It's always a hit at parties.

Ingredients For rueben dip

  • 1 c
    real mayo
  • 2 c
    sour cream
  • 16 oz
    can bavarian sauerkraut (drained)
  • 8 oz
    package swiss cheese
  • 1 lg
    package corn beef (budig brand, ect.)
  • chopped or minced onion to taste (optional)

How To Make rueben dip

  • 1
    cut cheese and meat into small pieces. mix all ingredents together
  • 2
    Let sit in fridge for at least a few hours to blend flavors
  • 3
    serve with wheat or dark crackers (I like "toasted" brand crackers) Or use wheat or dark bread chunks
