Ingredients For roasted red pepper hummus dip

  • 2 can
    15 oz.each of chick peas
  • 1/2 c
    or more as needed extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2
    of a lemon, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp
    rough chopped parsley
  • 3 or 4
    peeled, roasted red peppers
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    seasalt
  • 3/4 tsp
    dark asian sesame oil
  • 3/4 tsp
    ground cummin
  • about 12 grinds of black pepper
  • 1/4 c
    water

How To Make roasted red pepper hummus dip

  • 1
    Put all ingredients in the food processor and pulse till it is all smooth. You may have to open it and scrape the sides every so often.
