I love anything with a hint of garlic. This recipe makes it easy to add that hint to sandwiches, as a dip for fries, or whatever you like!

Ingredients For quick aioli

  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise, light is ok
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 lg
    garlic cloves
  • pinch
    salt, or to taste

How To Make quick aioli

  • 1
    Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  • 2
    Using a microplane, grate garlic into the mayo mixture.
  • 3
    Can store for a couple weeks in the fridge.
