There was a restaurant when I was a teen that made wonderful deep fried chicken with potato wedges. This was always served with a dipping sauce for the potatoes. I also loved to dip my chicken in it. The recipe is so easy and so good. This makes a crowd size portion.

Ingredients For potato wedge dipping sauce

  • 1 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 3 c
    cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 5 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper

    Put all ingredients into blender and blend well.
