Ingredients For plum preserves sweet and sour sauce

118 1/2 oz can crushed pineapple in syrup

1 csugar
-
1 cwater
-
1 cwhite vinegar
-
1 Tbspdark soy sauce

3 Tbspcorn starch
-
4 Tbspcold water

1 cof plum preserves or jam
How To Make plum preserves sweet and sour sauce

1Heat pineapple with syrup, sugar, 1 cup water, vinegar and soy sauce to boiling.

2Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cold water, stir into pineapple mixture.

3Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Cool to room temperature, stir in plum jam. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with egg rolls and wontons.
