This is totally delightful with the Crab Rangoon recipe. (I posted.) I've even had it turn out better than some of the ones you get at thai restaurants. Really!

1/4 cplum jam

2 tspvinegar

2 tspbrown sugar

1 Tbspwater

1/8 tsponion powder

1/8 tspred pepper

1/8 tspgarlic powder

4 pinchground ginger
How To Make plum dipping sauce

1Whisk together in small bowl.

2Place in microwave for 30 seconds. Depending on the type of Plum jam I sometimes need to add more water to thin down.(1-2 tsp.)

3Serve with Crab Rangoon!
