I created this recipe because my 14 yr old gran daughter is vegan. It turned out so good everyone ate it up

Ingredients For pinto bean dip

  • 1 can
    pinto beans - drained
  • 1/2 md
    red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mexican cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    velvetta shredded cheese
  • 1/4 c
    heavy cream, cold
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream

How To Make pinto bean dip

  • 1
    Heat pinto beans with onion and cook for about 10 minutes - Remove from stove and with mixer beat until smooth (will have some pieces of bean )

    Add the heavy cream and the sour cream - Mix well - Add all the cheese and mix well
  • 3
    Place in small crock pot or sterno pan and let the magic begin - Serve with fritos or tortilla chips or on small french bread pieces ENJOY
