I created this recipe because my 14 yr old gran daughter is vegan. It turned out so good everyone ate it up

Ingredients For pinto bean dip

1 canpinto beans - drained

1/2 mdred onion finely chopped

1/2 cshredded mexican cheese
-
1 1/2 cvelvetta shredded cheese

1/4 cheavy cream, cold
-
1/4 csour cream
How To Make pinto bean dip

1Heat pinto beans with onion and cook for about 10 minutes - Remove from stove and with mixer beat until smooth (will have some pieces of bean )

2Add the heavy cream and the sour cream - Mix well - Add all the cheese and mix well

3Place in small crock pot or sterno pan and let the magic begin - Serve with fritos or tortilla chips or on small french bread pieces ENJOY
