Always a hit and the recipe is always asked for. NOTE: It's very important to drain the pineapple till almost dry, use a wire mesh strainer. The extra juice will cause the dip to separate.

Ingredients For pineapple cheese dip

  • 24 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c
    finely grated cheddar cheese (I grate my own)
  • 1 can
    crushed pineapple, all juice drained completely (20 oz)
  • buttery crackers or vanilla wafters, for serving

How To Make pineapple cheese dip

  • 1
    Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and mix well again.

    Add cheese and pineapple and mix well. Refrigerate before serving, better if overnight.

    Serve with buttery round crackers or vanilla wafers.
