1 1/2 cfinely grated cheddar cheese (I grate my own)

1 cancrushed pineapple, all juice drained completely (20 oz)

buttery crackers or vanilla wafters, for serving
How To Make pineapple cheese dip

1Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and mix well again.

2Add cheese and pineapple and mix well. Refrigerate before serving, better if overnight.

3Serve with buttery round crackers or vanilla wafers.
