Ingredients For pico de gallo

  • 3 to 4
    roma tomatoes
  • 3/4 to 1 md
    onion
  • 3-4
    jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 to 1/3 bunch
    fresh cilantro
  • 1 - 2
    limes
  • salt to taste

How To Make pico de gallo

  • 1
    Dice: tomatoes, onion, jalapeno
  • 2
    Chop: cilantro
  • 3
    Combine and squeeze limes over ingredients
  • 4
    Mix well and let chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours prior to serving
  • 5
    Serve with corn chips (potato chips do not do well)
