I love Mexican foods. This is a great Mexican dip that I came up with a few years ago. You can make it as hot as you want it, by adding more Jalapeno. It's great to put over Mexican foods.

Ingredients For pico de gallo (mexican dip)

  • 2 lb
    plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 3 or 4 Tbsp
    jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • 1 to 2 md
    garlic clove(s), minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt and pepper

How To Make pico de gallo (mexican dip)

    Mix well, all ingredients in a medium bowl.

    Cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla or corn chips. Also great as a salsa.
