Ingredients For pecan dip

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1/4 cgreen pepper, diced

1/4 cfinely chopped onion

1/2 tspgarlic salt

1/4 tspblack pepper

1 csour cream

1 Tbspbutter

1/2 cpecans, coarsely chopped

How To Make pecan dip

1Combine cream cheese, green pepper, onion, garlic salt, pepper and sour cream.

2Mix well and put in a serving bowl.

3Melt butter in skillet; add pecans and salt. Toast over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

4Spoon over cheese mixture.

5Serve at room temperature with crackers.
