Ingredients For peanut butter yogurt dip

1 cwhole organic greek yogurt

1 corganic almond butter or cashew, or peanut butter

a pinch of sugar

fresh fruit sliced organic bananas, strawberries, apples, peaches, nectarines, pears, any fruit you like

sliced organic jicama, celery, carrots, any vegetable you like
How To Make peanut butter yogurt dip

1Mix the yogurt and nut butter together till well blended in a ice cold bowl. Chill slightly. Serve with sliced fruit and/or sliced vegetables.

2I like my nut butters crunchy style.
