Ingredients For n.e. cheesy crabmeat

  • 4
    kaiser rolls, split
  • 1/4 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 8 oz
    flaked real crabmeat
  • 1
    10 oz pkg, frozen asparagus pieces, thawed and drained.
  • 6 oz
    sliced mozzarella cheese
  • paprika for sprinkling

How To Make n.e. cheesy crabmeat

    Preheat broiler. Place kaiser rolls, cut side up in broiler pan. Broil 5" from heat until toasted.

    In bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread mix onto each toasted roll. Divide crabmeat and asparagus evenly among rolls.. Place 1/2 of a slice of cheese on each roll. Sprinkle w/ paprika.

    Broil 1 minute, or until cheese is melted. Turn off broiler and keep rolls in broiler until hot and bubbly, about 3-5 mins.
