Ingredients For n.e. cheesy crabmeat

4kaiser rolls, split
-
1/4 clight mayonnaise
-
2 Tbspdijon mustard
-
8 ozflaked real crabmeat
-
110 oz pkg, frozen asparagus pieces, thawed and drained.

6 ozsliced mozzarella cheese

paprika for sprinkling
How To Make n.e. cheesy crabmeat

1Preheat broiler. Place kaiser rolls, cut side up in broiler pan. Broil 5" from heat until toasted.

2In bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread mix onto each toasted roll. Divide crabmeat and asparagus evenly among rolls.. Place 1/2 of a slice of cheese on each roll. Sprinkle w/ paprika.

3Broil 1 minute, or until cheese is melted. Turn off broiler and keep rolls in broiler until hot and bubbly, about 3-5 mins.
