I make this whenever I have fried fish. I typically don't measure everything out. It's a guess and go but this is how I made up more today.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

If you fry fish and shrimp, tartar sauce is a must and not something typically homemade. But it's very easy to make and this is a delicious tartar sauce recipe. This recipe is a little different than what you may be used to. It's a little on the sweet side (not overly sweet, though) and we loved it with fried fish and shrimp. Dried onion is what really balanced the flavors in this slightly sweet and savory tartar sauce.
