This is an old recipe, & even though there are updates out there, we still like this recipe. It is mainly, because we don't do too spicy dips. But, you could add extra spice, if that is "your favorite" thing.

How To Make my favorite guacamole
-
1Mash pitted & scooped out avocados well with fork, while adding lemon juice. (Keeps it from turning brown.) Save one avocado pit.
-
2Stir in grated onion w/onion juice, chili powder, & salt.
-
3Mix in mayonnaise & sour cream well. Put the avocado pit in the middle of the dip (also helps to keep from browning). Cover w/plastic wrap & chill.
-
4To serve, remove pit & stir. Serve with corn chips, crackers & veggies. Makes 1 3/4 cups. If there are leftovers, repeat steps from earlier, & store in refrigerator.
