I went to my husband's cousins graduation party and someone had brought this. Everyone told me to try it and I couldn't understand what the big deal was about the "Mozzarella Dip". It looked interesting to say the least, but I sucked it up and tried it..to my surprise, it was REALLY good!! I took it to work and it was a hit! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients For mozzarella dip

  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c
    hellmans mayo (use this mayo not another kind or it will taste bad)
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
    accent
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c
    shredded parmesan cheese

How To Make mozzarella dip

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together and chill for 2 hours before serving. Use Italian bread to dip. You can also use ritz crackers. Enjoy!
