Ingredients For mock boursin cheese

28 oz packages cream cheese

1 tspgarlic powder

2 tspcaraway seed

2 tspdried dill seed

2 tspdried basil

2 tspdried chives
How To Make mock boursin cheese

1Mix herbs together and blend into softened cream cheese. Form into a ball, wrap in saran. Keep in the refrigerator.

2Serve it with crackers. Mix it with sour cream for a dip. Add it to a omelet. I put it between 2 hamburger patties...and cook for a sandwich.
