This is one of the best Taco Dips I've ever had. A favorite for parties.

Ingredients For mmm mmm good taco dip

  • 1 lb
    hamburger (can use sausage..i like beef)
  • 1 can
    refried beans 13 oz can
  • 1 jar
    salsa (herdez is the best)
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 c
    shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 can
    sliced black olives
  • 2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    sliced green onion with tops
  • 1
    bag tortilla chips

How To Make mmm mmm good taco dip

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground beef and drain. Spread beans in ungreased 2-1/2 quart baking dish and top with ground beef. Pour salsa over beef; sprinkle with cheeses. Sprinkle olives and onions over top. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through. Spread sour cream while hot and serve with chips. (You can add taco seasoning to the ground beef for extra spice.)
