This is excellent for serving during Sunday afternoon football games. We use it as our meal for the evening. Soooooooo good!

Ingredients For mexican lasagna-style dip

1 lbground chuck

1 cchopped onions
-
1 (16 oz) jarsalsa

2 (16oz) canrefried beans

2 (4oz) canchopped green chilies

1 (2oz) canblack olives, drained and halved

2 (8oz) pkgcream cheese, room temp

2 cshredded cheddar cheese

1bag of favorite corn chips

1/3 csour cream
How To Make mexican lasagna-style dip

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown ground chuck and onions in a skillet. Drain beef mixture and add salsa, refried beans, green chilies and black olives.

2Put mixture in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream and spread this mixture on top of beef mixture. Add more or less sour cream to make it a spreadable consistency. Top w/ Cheddar cheese.

3Bake in oven 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
