Ingredients For mexican green sauce

  • 1 bunch
    cilantro, fresh
  • 1 md
    hot chili pepper of choice, i use jalapeno a lot
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh chopped ginger root
  • 3
    fresh limes, juice only
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cumin

How To Make mexican green sauce

  • 1
    Wash cilantro very gently under running cold water.
  • 2
    Chop cilantro, hot pepper, garlic and ginger root very fine. I usually use my food processor.

    Combine fresh lime juice, olive oil, salt and cumin in a small bowl.
  • 4
    Pour over cilantro mixture and mix well. Chill and serve as a dip or with or on any of your favorite Mexican dishes.
