Ingredients For mexican crockpot dip

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    small onion,chopped
  • 1 can
    rotel tomatoes,drained
  • 1 can
    chili no beans,drained
  • 1 can
    ranch-style chili beans,drained
  • 1 lb
    velvetta cheese,cubed
  • 1 c
    sour cream

How To Make mexican crockpot dip

  • 1
    Brown ground beef and onion.Drain off grease.In a crockpot,mix beef and onions with drained tomatoes,chili(no beans), chili beans,and cheese. Set crockpot on high until cheese is melted then turn to low. Just before serving,stir in 1 cup sour cream.Serve with tortilla chips.
