Recipe dearly loved by our bowling league. A member of ours would often bring it for us to snack on with nacho chips. It's a great recipe to serve for get togethers.

Ingredients For mexican corn dip

  • 1 pkg
    8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 to 2 tsp
    diced pickled jalepenos
  • 2
    small bags for frozen kernel corn

How To Make mexican corn dip

    Melt butter and cream cheese in microwave just until softened.

    Stir in jalepenos

    Stir in corn and microwave for 5 minutes.

    Stir and microwave for another 5 minuntes

    Serve with taco chips.
