This dip is a hit where ever it goes...I always make a double batch...and it always disappears!

Ingredients For mexican corn dip

1 cmayonnaise

1 cmexican blend shredded cheese

1 cgrated parmesan cheese

1 cansmall can of corn (use a standard size can if you like the texture/taste of corn like me:)

several slicepickled jalapeno slices
How To Make mexican corn dip

1(PREHEAT OVEN TO 400degrees) Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the jalapeno slices in a bowl.

2Put mixture into a glass baking dish evenly spread

3Place jalapeno slices evenly over the top

4Bake dip at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and watch it disappear!!!
