Once again I didn't get a picture taken of this dip before it was all gobbled up! You have to try this. It is sooooo good! My husband, Lynn, and I just started dumping and this is what we came up with. It is unbelieveable!

Cube the entire block of Velveta cheese and place in a large, microwave safe bowl. Melt in microwave stiring every 45 to 60 seconds making sure not to scorch the cheese. When cheese is completely melted, add taco meat mixture and salsa. Mix thouroughly and microwave until heated through - again making sure not to scorch the cheese. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips!

*NOTE* You can get creative with this! Try adding rotel, or jalapenos. Maybe garnish with chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, olives, sour cream, guacamole - just about anything you can think of! This was so good that my husband made it for the Volunteer Fire Department meeting and it was a big hit!
