Ingredients For light artichoke dip

  • 1/2 c
    reduced calorie mayonnasie
  • 1/4 c
    shredded reduced fat swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 md
    garlic'minced
  • 1 can
    14-15 oz.artichoke hearts

How To Make light artichoke dip

    preheat oven to 350*.
  • 2
    in a medium bowl,combine all ingredients. mix well.

    spread in ungresed 9- inch quiche or pie pan or a 1- quart shallow casserole.

    bake at 375* for 25-30 minutes or until thoughly heated.

    if deired,garnish with celery sprigs. serve hot or cold.
