At our local Asian buffet restaurant, they serve a similar sauce with their dumplings. It also is great with Korean Scallion Pancakes and potstickers!

Ingredients For korean dipping sauce

  • 1/3 c
    soy sauce, low sodium or regular
  • 1/4 c
    rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp
    ginger (fresh or from a tube)
  • 1 clove
    garlic, grated
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes

How To Make korean dipping sauce

  • 1
    Mix together all ingredients. Let set for flavors to blend for about 1/2 hour before serving. Refrigerate leftover sauce.
