This is a very simple but yummy. I got this off online 1 year. Made it for an office party. Everyone loved it. I had to teach a few people to make it after that.

Ingredients For kitkat's antipasto wreath

  • 2 pkg
    phily cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c
    pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    3 cheese blend, grated
  • 1/4 c
    black olives, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    basil, fresh & chopped
  • 6 Tbsp
    red bell pepper, roasted & chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, fresh & chopped
  • basil, fresh
  • 1 pkg
    ritz crackers

How To Make kitkat's antipasto wreath

  • Step 1

    First mix the cream cheese,pepperoni, grated cheese,olives, basil & 2 Tbsp. peppers until all well blended. Then shape into 16 inch long log shape.Then wrap in plastic wrap.

    Then refrigerate for abotu 1 hour or until frim enought to touch. From into a wreath shape on a large plate.

    Then top with remaining peppers & parsley. garnish with fresh basil leaves. And serve with the crackers.
