Ingredients For jalapeno salsa

  • 6 lg
    roma tomatoes
  • 5 clove
    garlic
  • 4 lg
    jalapenos
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    yellow onions; chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    cumin; ground

How To Make jalapeno salsa

  • 1
    Cut tomatoes into 1/2" slices, peel and crush garlic cloves, seed jalapenos and cut into quarter inch slices, chop cilantro and include 1" of stem, chop onion.

    Put all ingredients into pot and add salt and cumin. Simmer slow for 45 minutes until all ingredients are cooked and tomatoes are stewed.

    Cool mixture and blend in food processor till pureed.
