I've made this for several potluck parties and it's a huge hit every time! Everyone always asks for the recipe, and are always amazed at how easy it is to make. :)

Ingredients For jalapeno popper dip

  • DIP
  • 6-8
    strips of bacon, diced, cooked crispy & drained
  • 2 8oz pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 4-6
    jalapenos, deseeded and roughly chopped
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c
    green onion, diced
  • TOPPING
  • 1 c
    crushed crackers (i always use ritz)
  • 1/2 c
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, melted

How To Make jalapeno popper dip

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • 2
    Combine all dip ingredients in a medium to large mixing bowl. Mix together well. Transfer to an oven safe dish.

    Combine all topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of dip. (I usually try and just put everything in a big ziploc freezer bag and mix it that way, but you may do it whatever way you're used to. :))

    Bake at 350 F for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with toasted bread, pita chips or whatever you may have lying around. :)
