Ingredients For hummus

1/4 cparsley (fresh)

2 Tbsponion, chopped

1 clovegarlic
-
1/4 corange juice, unsweetened

2 Tbsptahini
-
2 Tbsprice vinegar

2 tspdijon mustard
-
1/4 tspsalt, ginger, coriander, turmeric, cumin, paprika

1 cangarbanzos drained and washed (15 oz. size can)
How To Make hummus

1Pulse in food processor or blender. Serve with toasted pita chips, crackers, corn chips or fresh, crunchy vegetables. Store in the refrigerator (if there is any left!)
