19 ozcanned chickpeas, rinse, drained

1/2 cchicken broth

1/2 ctahini

1 clovegarlic

1/3 clemon juice

How To Make hummus

1Puree chickpeas, tahini, garlic and lemon juice, until very smooth, adding chicken broth as needed. It should be a medium thick paste, if too thick add water. Season with salt. Transfer to shallow bowl; drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cayenne.
