Ingredients For hummus

  • 19 oz
    canned chickpeas, rinse, drained
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/2 c
    tahini
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 1/3 c
    lemon juice
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • cayenne

How To Make hummus

  • 1
    Puree chickpeas, tahini, garlic and lemon juice, until very smooth, adding chicken broth as needed. It should be a medium thick paste, if too thick add water. Season with salt. Transfer to shallow bowl; drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cayenne.
