1 cangarbanzo beans

1/3 ctahini
-
juice from 1 lemon

1 clovegarlic

3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

salt to taste
- GARNISH OPTIONAL:

1 Tbspchopped parsley

paprika
How To Make hummus

1Drain chick peas and add to blender all ingredients except garnish. Blend on high 30 seconds-if too thick add water 1 tbsp at a time to achieve desired consistency. Place on plate and garnish w oil, parsley, and paprika (if desired).

2Serve with veggies, chips, crackers, or just about whatever you like for dipping. Enjoy!
