Ingredients For hot spinach & artichoke dip

1 - 10 oz. pkgfrozen spinach, thawed

2 - 13 oz. canartichoke hearts, drained & chopped

1/2 cmayonnaise
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1 cparmesan cheese, grated

1 cpepper jack cheese, grated
How To Make hot spinach & artichoke dip

1Cook spinach in microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with non stick cooking spray.

3Combine all ingredients but jack cheese in a large bowl. Stir well with a metal spoon, sprinkle jack cheese on top.

4Place in the prepared casserole dish & bake for 30 minutes. Keep warm pver a low flame.

5Serve with bagel chips, toasted french bread, tortilla chips, crackers, etc.
