Delicious served with crackers. It is a very pretty dish for a shower, luncheon, or just a "girls" get together. It's very close to the restaurant Artichoke Dip.

Ingredients For hot spinach artichoke dip

1 pkglight cream cheese, softened

114 ounce can or jar artichokes, chopped

1/4 clight mayonnaise

1/4 cParmesean cheese (freshly grated is best)

1 cloveminced garlic

1/2 tspdried minced basil or 1 - 2 Tablespoons fresh basil

1/4 cshredded Mozzarella cheese, more may be added to suit your taste

1/4 tspAccent

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 cChili sauce, optional, but it really gives it a good flavor

1/210 ounce box frozen and thawed spinach, drained and water squeezed out really well

red pepper flakes to taste

1/2 - 1 cPepper Jack cheese, or other white cheese of your choice

3/4 csour cream
How To Make hot spinach artichoke dip

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients, (saving some of the Pepper Jack to put on top in last few minutes of baking). Put mixture in sprayed baking dish and bake about 20 minutes. Put rest of cheese on top and bake until bubbly. About 25-30 minutes in total baking time.
