Ingredients For hot spinach and artichoke dip

  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic ( more if you are like me)
  • 1 can
    15 oz artichoke ( not the marinated ones)
  • 1 box
    frozen spinach thawed and drained of excess water
  • mozzarella cheese, grated

How To Make hot spinach and artichoke dip

  • 1
    Cut up artichokes, combine everything except the mozzarella
  • 2
    put it all in a baking dish (I use a 8x8)
  • 3
    sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top
  • 4
    bake at 350 for a 1/2 hour
