I grew up on Artichokes since my family is from Southern Italy, I think I can't ever get enough Artichoke anything and this dip is so yummy with the gooeyness of the cheese. I love it with Wheatables, Pita or wholegrain tortilla chips! You can also multiply this recipe as needed.

Ingredients For hot artichoke dip

1/2 cgrated parmesan
-
2green onions sliced thin
-
114 oz. can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
-
1 cmayonnaise
-
18oz. block of cream cheese, softened
-
1 cshredded mozzarella
-
dash of hot sauce
-
dash of worcestershire sauce
-
salt & pepper to taste

add some crab meat if you'd like and as much as you like! it's optional.
How To Make hot artichoke dip

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand held electric mixer until smooth. Then beat in the mayonnaise until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir together until combined. Transfer the dip to a pie plate or shallow gratin dish. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbling. Serve hot with crackers, tortilla chips, crostini or veggies.
