1MELT BUTTER IN POT, MIX IN BROWN SUGAR, CREAM AND SALT.

2COOK OVER MEDIUM LOW HEAT AND WHISK GENTLY FOR ABOUT 7 MINUTES OR LONGER IF YOU DOUBLED RECIPE

3REMOVE POT FROM HEAT AND ADD VANILLA.

4RETURN TO HEAT FOR ANOTHER MINUTE OR SO TO THICKEN A BIT MORE.

5TAKE OFF STOVE AND POUR INTO A JAR. KEEP IN FRIDG.
