1 cdukes mayonnaise

1/2 csour cream

3 to 4 tspprepared horseradish

2 clovegarlic

2 Tbspchives, chopped

1/4 clemon juice, fresh

1/2 Tbsplemon zest

pinchkosher or coarse sea salt

pinchfreshly ground black pepper
How To Make homemade aioli (sallye)

1Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until well blended and smooth.

2Notes:
1. Use more or less horseradish to suit your taste for hot food
2. Do not overblend or mayo will begin to separate -
3Serve as dipping sauce or spread with any kind of seafood and meat dish.
