Ingredients For homemade aioli (sallye)

  • 1 c
    dukes mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 3 to 4 tsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    chives, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    lemon zest
  • pinch
    kosher or coarse sea salt
  • pinch
    freshly ground black pepper

How To Make homemade aioli (sallye)

    Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until well blended and smooth.

    Notes: 1. Use more or less horseradish to suit your taste for hot food 2. Do not overblend or mayo will begin to separate
  • 3
    Serve as dipping sauce or spread with any kind of seafood and meat dish.
