Being from Philly hoagies are part of our everyday life! This recipe came from a friend of mine, I have made it for my family and friends and they all love it! I hope you enjoy this simple but awesome dip.

Ingredients For hoagie dip

1 mdonion
-
2pickled pepperoncini peppers

1/2head iceberg lettuce

1 lgtomato, halved and seeded

1/4 lbeach of deli-sliced ham, salami and turkey

1/4 lbeach of deli-sliced provolone, american and swiss cheese

1/2 cmayonnaise
-
1 Tbspextra-virgin olive oil
-
1 tspdried oregano
-
1 1/2 tspdried basil
-
1/4 tspred pepper flakes

8hoagie rolls, cut into pieces, for dipping
How To Make hoagie dip

1Chop the onion, pepperoncini, and tomato into bite-size pieces.

2Shred the lettuce

3Dice the meats and cheese.

4Combine the chopped vegetables, meats and cheese in a large bowl.

5whisk the mayonnaise, olive oil, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes in a small bowl

6Stir the dressing with the meats, cheese and vegatables.

7Refrigerate until ready to serve.

8Use the hoagie rolls pieces to scoop up the dip. Yummers!
