18 oz container lite sour cream

1/2 tspgarlic salt

1 lgripe avocado, peeled, halved, cored, chopped

1/4 cchopped red onion.

1 Tbsplemon juice

1lg bag baked tortilla chips
How To Make healthy new years avocado dip

1In lg mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sour cream and garlic salt until fluffy.

2Beat in avocado until just combined. Stir in red onions and lemon juice.

3Serve w/ baked tortilla chips.
