Ingredients For healthy artichoke dip

115 oz can artichoke hearts, drained.

3/4 ccannelinni beans, drained

1/4 cfrozen, chooped spinch, drained, squeezed d dry

2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese

2 Tbsplow-fat sour cream
-
2 Tbsppart-skin ricotta cheese

1/2 tspolive oil

1/8 tspgarlic powder
How To Make healthy artichoke dip

1Place all ingredients in blender and puree until thick and slightly smooth. Spread the dip in a shallow 8" baking dish. Bake until bubbly, about 30 min. Serve w/ pita chips.
