It´s a delicious invention which took place during some of my insomnia nights!!! This non sleeping time was worthy indeed this time!!!

Ingredients For greencumber dip

1 mdjapanese cucumber

1 bunchwatercress

1 Tbspgrated onion

1 tspsmashed chili peppers

1 clight cream cheese

1 cnatural greek yogurt

1 tsplight mayonese
-
1 cchopped dried tomatoes

1 pinchsalad dressing, oil and vinegar

1 Tbspchopped parsley
-
1 pinchmustard
-
1 tsplight shoyo sauce

1/2 cchopped green olives
How To Make greencumber dip

1separate and prepare each ingredient with the grating and chopping.You can replace the watercress for any other green veggie as spinach.

2Mix everything in a blend or even manual mixer,but the yogurt,mayonnaise and cream cheese must go gradually in the end,until you have the desired texture and density for your dip.

3It must be smooth and firm enough to be spreaded on toasts,crackers,slices of bread.
