You can use those plain pita chips that you get at the store with this dip if you do not want to make them homemade.....but I suggest to make them homemade anyways!

115oz carton whole milk ricotta cheese

16oz carton plain low fat or fat free yogurt

1/2 pkgof a 10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach,thawed and well drained

1/3 ccrumbled garlic and herb feta cheese

14 1/2oz can chopped pitted ripe olives
-
1/4 csliced green onions
-
1 clovegarlic, minced (1 to 2 cloves)

1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

1In a medium mixing bowl beat ricotta and yogurt with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in drained spinach,feta cheese, olives, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Serve with Pita Chips
