Cool and creamy, this tangy cucumber dip flavored with garlic is the perfect complement to grilled meats and vegetables, like souvlaki and fried zucchini.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

If you love Greek food, you'll love this creamy and tangy Tzatziki recipe. It's full of garlic flavor. Cucumbers and dill add a fresh flavor to the sauce. Combining vinegar and Greek yogurt adds a little tang. We served this Tzatziki with pita bread, but it would be delicious alongside grilled meat too.
