I moved to North Carolina from Texas and missed that "Good ol' Tex Mex" guacamole. I felt the need to come up with my own.

8 ozwhipped cream cheese

1 1/2 Tbspgarlic powder

3/4 tsppepper

1/4 ccilantro, fresh, finely chopped

1/2 conions, vidalia, peeled and chopped

3/4 csalsa, chunky
How To Make "good ol' tex mex" guacamole

1I found that by using fresh ingredients like cilantro and vidalia onions makes this guacamole the best.

2Mash - peeled and pitted avocados, lime juice and whipped cream cheese together until creamy in a medium bowl, then stir in the remaining ingredients. Return a few avocado pits to mixture and refrigerate at least an hour to allow flavors to blend. Then enjoy
