1 clite sour cream

1 pkgsmall sugar free vanilla pudding mix
How To Make fruit dip

1Put all ingredients in a bowl and whip with a blender. Chill for at least an hour and serve with fruit. Very refreshing and healthy! (as a side note, you can also use Banana or Lemon as an alternate flavor.)
