MMMM..... I love spinach and cheese together. Reminds me of the Greek Festival that my county has. Can't wait to try this!

Ingredients For feta cheese spinach dip

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1/4 tsp
    coriander seeds
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    thyme
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 5
    garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 10 oz
    spinach, fresh
  • 10 oz
    feta cheese
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs

How To Make feta cheese spinach dip

  • 1
    Put the cheeses into a blender, and mash mixture down.

    Add just enough milk so that they blend well.
  • 3
    Then, add the spinach in small clumps, blending after each addition.

    Pour the cheese mix into a medium saucepan.
  • 5
    Mix the remaining ingredients in.

    Add milk to taste.

    Bring it slow boil, and cook until slightly thickened--mixture will thicken as it cools.

    Eat with dipping chips, tortilla chips or french bread.
